Design & Branding

The brand where customers actually see it

We carry an existing corporate design onto every surface: vehicles, stationery, trade fair stands, signage and print, including the files for printers and sign makers.

What this is about

A design system often exists as a PDF, and still the van looks nothing like the invoice. Branding is the work in between: applying the system to every single surface, at a quality other people can carry on working with.

Rules alone are not enough

A manual does not tell you where the logo sits on a van with a sliding door. Someone has to make that call.

Print artwork is a job of its own

Formats, colour spaces, bleed and materials differ from trade to trade. We settle that directly with the companies doing the production.

Repeatable instead of one-off

We supply templates so the next business card and the next trade fair stand do not have to be designed from scratch.

A brand does not live in the manual, it lives on the van.

Situations that typically bring clients to us

  • The fleet has been wrapped in different versions over the years.

  • There is a design manual, but nobody knows how to apply it.

  • Everything is designed from scratch again before every trade fair.

  • Printers ask for files nobody in-house can supply.

  • Stationery and website look like two different companies.

  • After the rebrand, the old materials are still in circulation everywhere.

  • None of this sounds like you?

Then tell us what you are actually dealing with.

What we actually do

Vehicle graphics

Designs for vans, cars and machines, matched to the shape of the vehicle and to what the sign makers can actually produce.

Stationery

Business cards, letterheads, invoices, stamps and folders, in other words everything that leaves the building every day.

Trade fairs and exhibitions

Stand design, back walls, roll-ups and giveaways, planned for repeated use rather than for a single date.

Signage on the building

Facade, reception, wayfinding and door signs, so the brand also holds up on site.

Print

Brochures, data sheets, catalogues and adverts, each taken through to print-ready artwork.

Templates for your team

Office and design templates your team can keep working with, without having to ask us about every small thing.

How we work

  • 01

    Take stock

We look at what is in circulation today, often from photos taken in the workshop and in the yard.

  • 02

    Set priorities

What is seen most often comes first. The rest follows when stock is being reordered anyway.

  • 03

    Design and approve

Drafts for each surface, agreed with the people who will produce them later.

  • 04

    Support the rollout

We supply the files to printers and sign makers and check the results.

It usually pays to start with what is seen most often. Send us a few photos of what you have in use.

Frequently asked questions

A manual says how the brand should look. Branding makes sure the van, the trade fair stand and the letterhead actually do.

What is the difference between branding and corporate design?

The corporate design sets the language: logo, colours, typefaces, visual language and the rules that go with them. Branding is carrying that onto every single surface – vehicles, stationery, trade fair stands, signage, print – right through to print-ready artwork. The two belong together, but they are not the same: a manual does not tell you where the logo sits on a van with a sliding door. Someone has to make that call.

Do you supply files for printers and sign makers?

Yes, through to print-ready artwork. Formats, colour spaces, bleed, resolution and materials differ considerably from trade to trade, so we settle the requirements directly with the companies doing the production. You do not have to mediate between agency and printer, and there is no situation where a printer asks for files nobody in-house can supply.

Can you bring an existing fleet into line?

Yes. First we record which versions are in circulation and which vehicle shapes and sizes are involved. Then we create a design that suits the shape of the vehicle and that the sign makers can actually produce. Documentation is the important part: with templates for each vehicle type, the next wrap does not start from scratch, even if a different company carries it out.

Do you work with our existing design manual?

Yes, that is the normal case. We stick to the existing rules and make the decisions they do not cover: unusual formats, doors and sliding doors, materials, small sizes. If a rule does not work in practice or contradicts another one, we say so and propose an addition instead of quietly introducing a version of our own.

Does every vehicle look different?

Send us photos of what you have in use. We will tell you where the brand presence can be sorted out fastest.
