A booking experience in the style of Dr. Kieu. Simple, fast and usable everywhere.
The challenge
Booking an appointment should no longer feel like a foreign system. What was needed was an intuitive flow in the style of Dr. Kieu that makes treatments, locations and available slots easy to understand. The data sits in Timify, an online scheduling platform: treatments, doctors, patients and locations are managed there centrally and shown in the booking tool.
The solution
We conceived and designed a custom booking tool for smartphone, tablet and desktop. It is not locked into a single website, but can be embedded quickly on different pages. The connection to Timify pulls availability and bookings from the central administration. We also record all relevant events so usage, drop-offs and completed bookings can be evaluated.
Booking, step by step
From treatment through location and slot to contact details and confirmation, the tool guides each step clearly. Suggested times, an overview, a waiting list and SMS confirmation reduce uncertainty and make it easier to finish.
Timify and tracking connected
Timify is the central scheduling system: treatments, doctors, patients and locations are maintained there. The booking tool displays that data and writes bookings back. At the same time, event tracking captures every important step so usage, drop-offs and successful bookings can be followed.
One tool for every website
The booking tool is not tied to a particular website. It can be embedded flexibly, loads quickly and stays consistent on smartphone, tablet and desktop.
Dr. Kieu gets a standalone booking tool that connects brand, usability and technical flexibility. Patients find the right treatment and an available slot in a few clear steps. The Timify connection, fast load times and detailed tracking form the basis for operations and optimisation.
