The challenge
Zukunftsnetz Mobilität NRW supports more than 350 cities, municipalities and districts in developing sustainable mobility. Public information, internal documents, events and professional exchange among many stakeholders therefore had to be brought together in one central, secure and easy-to-use platform.
The solution
We developed a closed member area that picks up existing website content and centrally connects internal communication, documents, events, courses and digital tools. An additional chat function makes it easier to access the content provided.
Knowledge and exchange
The member area brings documents, files and existing website content together in one central place. In topic forums, member municipalities can exchange internally, share experience and work together on solutions for sustainable mobility.
Documents and topic forums
A smart document library collects folders, files and media in one place and makes them easy to find via search and favourites. In the topic forums, members see the latest posts and can write, comment and attach files themselves.
Tools and events
An integrated generator creates posters and social media content directly in the system. Events and courses are embedded centrally. Members can register directly and keep dates and offers reliably in view.
The closed member area connects knowledge, internal communication, documents, events, courses and digital tools in one central system. More than 350 municipalities can find content faster, exchange in a targeted way and use offers directly. The additional chat function makes it easier to access existing knowledge.
