The challenge

Structural fire protection, air conditioning, ventilation systems – important subjects, usually presented in dull packaging. Dr. Tannhäuser & Cie. wanted to show that they are different. No standard company, no off-the-peg presence. Our task: create a website that breaks the pattern and stages this technology-driven company the way it sees itself – innovative, high quality, with character.

The solution

We turned the relaunch into a stage. An interactive 3D world built with Three.js invites users straight to Dr. Tannhäuser's desk. There a construction plan unfolds into a digital model – a building that gradually takes shape in 3D. Using that model, visitors can explore different aspects of fire protection, air conditioning and ventilation technology in a playful way.

Technology meets storytelling

Instead of PDF downloads and walls of text, Dr. Tannhäuser now offers real exploration. Every interaction works like a small moment of insight – cleverly placed hotspots, animated sequences and smart information layers make complex expertise understandable and engaging.

Three.js for the wow factor

The experience is built on WebGL and Three.js – for a high-performance presentation that runs on every device. The look is clean but full of detail, the animations are smooth. Best of all: despite the complexity, it stays intuitive to use, with no prior knowledge needed.

A statement in a conservative sector

While others in the sector are still uploading their PowerPoint graphics, Dr. Tannhäuser makes a point: we are not only technically excellent, we also think ahead digitally. The new website has become a showcase for innovation, internally and externally. With the relaunch, Dr. Tannhäuser has a web presence that underlines its market position: visionary, precise and anything but standard.
